My name is Carter Campbell. My friends say I’m old… I guess that’s what I get for being about 25 years younger than the average professional in my industry, which is 55. I graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Spanish Minor. Having been in this top 1% loan originator for the past 6 years, I have gained an incredible amount of experience that helps make the home-buying process simpler. I am a mortgage professional who strives to develop a friendship with all clients and referral partners. I am a father and husband. My wife Emily and I live in Salt Lake City UT, where we both grew up. We have a beautiful daughter and a baby boy who both keep us pretty busy. Most recently, in the last four years, I’ve placed in the top 1% of Mortgage Brokers for UWM, the fastest-growing Lender in the country. I’ve also placed in the Top 20 Purchase Loan Officers in the state of Utah in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 for UWM. As well as being among the Top 100 Purchase Brokers in the country in 2020, 2021, and 2022. I’ve developed an expertise in Residential lending, including condos, townhomes, single-family residences, and PUD’s. I’m committed to educating home buyers, advising on the best route to buying a home, and helping consolidate debt when necessary. I am committed to doing a great job for all of my clients and referral partners, putting an emphasis on being proactive vs. reactive.
